A Quality Training Experience

Renewell adopts The National Network of Public Health Institutes Quality Standards for Training Design and Delivery as recommended practice. The standards represent the first ever research-tested tool that assesses the quality of online learning in public health, with Renewell’s President & Program Officer serving as part of the beta test quality review team.

The training program is supported by a weekly instructor-led online community of practice (CoP) and digital peer discussion platform. The CoP offers an opportunity for peer support among training program participants and career pathways guidance by Renewell. It follows exploratory facilitation principles and maternal and mental health learning outcomes for the group setting.
